PURCHASING LAW SEMINAR AT CAL STATE EAST BAY
06-15-2010 Purchasing Law seminar at CSUEB
Mr. Sutton has taught for over twenty years a one-day seminar entitled "Purchasing Law," at CSUEB, California State University East Bay, in Hayward. The one-day seminar is a summary of the law of the Uniform Commercial Code Article 2 concerning "Sales" of goods, with an emphasis on the legal remedies of buyers. The seminar is one of the classes required for the Purchasing Manager, now called Supply Management, certificate program.

M. Dean Sutton has taught as a Lecturer Of Law, Adjunct Faculty, at the Santa Clara University School of Law . He has taught classes in Construction Law and Community Property.
Mr. Sutton has also taught courses in the SCU Institute for Paralegal Education, Cal State Hayward, and West Valley Community College. He has taught contract law; real property law; real property finance, mortgage, and foreclosure law; and purchasing law under Article 2 of the UCC.
He is available for seminars on contract and purchasing law for private industry. He teaches continuing education seminars approved by the California State Bar for lawyers and by the California Department of Real Estate for real estate brokers.
